GOLF CART: A golf cart is included with your stay (2-seater gas). To use it, we just need a quick signed waiver + the one-time $20 cart insurance per stay. The $20 is not a rental fee; it is an insurance fee that provides coverage during your stay. Once that's done we'll text you the access code. The key/lockbox is on the cart itself. Only licensed drivers 25+ may operate the cart.

A $50 fee applies for the Lifestyle ID.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to every space in the property.

PARKING: Commercial vehicles are prohibited from parking onsite overnight.

AMENITIES & RESIDENT IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards to use the amenities in The Villages: neighborhood, family and sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, tee-time reservations and more. IDs cost $50, and The Villages allows only two per home. Pick up your temporary Resident IDs first. Then go to a regional Recreation Center and fill out the guest pass form for others in your group. Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. They are good for all activities except sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for guests to use the facilities. When golfing, guest passes are sufficient, but guests pay a small greens fee (typically $11) for the executive courses.
