Your brand-new home in the Village of Edenfield comes with its own complimentary golf cart. This designer-furnished patio villa sleeps 4 with a quartz kitchen island, light-filled dining, a King and a Queen bedroom, and a private, quiet lanai with garden views. Minutes by cart to Sawgrass Grove & Eastport dining and golf; walk to the Edenfield Rec Center. Washer/dryer & keypad self check-in. Garage fits the golf cart only, so park in the driveway.

GOLF CART: A golf cart is included with your stay. To use it, we just need a quick signed waiver + the one-time $20 cart insurance per stay. The $20 is not a rental fee; it is an insurance fee that provides coverage during your stay. Once that's done we'll text you the access code. The key/lockbox is on the cart itself. Only licensed drivers 25+ may operate the cart.
