Step inside to vaulted ceilings, wood-look floors and an open layout that ties the living room, dining nook and kitchen together.

- Living room: sofa, armchairs and a wall TV.
- Kitchen: quartz island with four bar stools, stainless range, microwave, French-door fridge and dishwasher, plus a coffee station by the lanai door.
- Dining: round table for four, with sliding doors to the lanai.
- Primary bedroom: king bed, wall TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with a glass walk-in shower and bidet.
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, wall TV, reading chair and a double-door closet.
- Bedroom 3: queen bed plus a desk with two monitors, good for remote work.
- Hall bath: tub/shower combo.

You'll have the whole home to yourselves, including the screened lanai, patio, backyard, laundry room, garage and the 2-car driveway, plus the golf cart. One hall closet is locked for owner storage. Self check-in with a smart lock; check-in details arrive before your stay.

VILLAGES AMENITIES: Villages pools, rec centers and executive golf need a Lifestyle ID. At this home, IDs are available for stays of 30+ nights only (about a $50 fee, paid at pickup).

No pets. No smoking or vaping. No parties. No exterior cameras. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM; 2-night minimum.
